Michael Cingari

An accomplished businessman, Mr. Michael Cingari currently serves as CEO of CrossWater Capital Corporation, an equipment leasing and real estate financing firm he founded in 2002. With 30 years of experience under his belt, Michael Cingari is particularly adept at discovering innovative financial solutions for a wide variety of companies. Under Michael Cingari’s keen management, CrossWater Capital has thrived since its inception seven years ago. To identify the most cost-effective solutions for each client, Michael Cingari maintains business relationships with a broad range of contacts, including life insurance companies, investment banks, bank-owned leasing companies, finance companies, and large banks.

Michael Cingari commenced his professional career with a position at Pitney Bowes Financial Services (PBFS), where he maintained numerous leadership roles for 22 years. With a company-wide reputation for his considerable managerial capabilities, Michael Cingari was chosen to head Colonial Pacific Leasing Corporation, one of PBFS’s subsidiaries. Michael Cingari also acted as President of Pitney Bowes Financial Services-Asia Pacific and was a member of the Pitney Bowes, Inc. Executive Committee.

During his time with PBFS, Michael Cingari was elected to the Board of Directors of the Equipment Leasing and Financing Association (ELFA). Michael Cingari also served on the Board of the Eastern Association of Equipment Lessors.

Michael Cingari matriculated at the University of Connecticut, where he earned his Master of Business Administration. Michael Cingari also possesses a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bryant University.

Outside of work, Michael Cingari cultivates an active lifestyle. A fan of outdoor sports, such as golf and tennis, Michael Cingari enjoys skiing during the winter months.

Mr. Michael Cingari currently resides in Coto de Caza, California.
